Hi there. I did a couple of courses with you a few years ago in Scotland. I was wondering if you’re planning the ruffle rose course anytime next year as I missed it before?

Thanks for getting in touch. Paul has a busy schedule planned for next year, but unfortunately the Ruffle Rose isn’t one of the courses he’ll be teaching. Sorry about that :-(.
The closest is the 5 Day Wedding course in March where you can choose the Ruffle Rose as one of your designs. On this course you design and make two wedding cakes of your choice.
