Are the courses suitable at my level?

Absolutely! We’re extremely conscious here at the School of making sure that every single one of our members are catered for. We release one course per week and every one of those courses varies in style, skill level and the time it takes to recreate. We’ve been going for a while now, so we have a huge backlog of courses from beginner to advanced ranging from cupcakes and sugar models through to five tier wedding cakes that retail for £££’s and of course, everything in between.

Paul’s teaching style has seen him become a hugely popular tutor in the cake decorating world. Why? Because he makes every detail in every lesson accessible and easy to follow. Even in our most advanced courses, Paul starts from the very basic part of the cake and we follow him right through to the final product, everything is filmed when we create a new course and we don’t remove any part of the footage, even when Paul or a guest makes a mistake as you will learn more by watch them fix their mistake rather than have us edit it out.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Absolutely. We don’t want to see you go, but we don’t make it awkward when you want to leave. Just click on your Premium or Pro membership icon at the top right of the screen when signed into your account. In there you will find My Subscription where you can control your account at anytime.

Do I get access for 7 Days if I cancel immediately?

Yes, during the 7 Day Free Trial offer periods. However, we think it would be fair to spend time looking at everything we have to offer before cancelling, but of course you can cancel at anytime and we will honour the remaining period of the free trial.

Can I join the private Facebook Groups during the trial?

Yes. You will be invited to join the Group(s) as soon as you have signed up for the trial. When you join the Facebook Group(s) you will be asked for your membership email address. This allows us to cross-check your membership with your Facebook account. We remove members from the Group(s) when their membership expires.

How do I access Support?

Support is available 365 days a year. Once signed in the Support menu option will appear on the main menu. You can access Support before you join by clicking CakeFlix Support. If you have any cake related questions they can be asked at anytime via Cake Q&A.

Can I take more than one Free trial period?

No. We offer the Free trial to allow you time to access the tutorials and our amazing community. We did allow numerous Free trials in the past, but some chose to abuse the privilege so each member is now entitled to just one Free trial.
