21. Alternate Stacking Method

Paul creates his fabulous Noah’s Ark Over the Rainbow Cake, complete with lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes and of course, those cheeky monkeys! This course has been designed so that you can learn to recreate this amazing cake in its entirety, but to include loads of lessons that can be used as individual tutorials when you only need to make a couple of animals or maybe even just the rainbow! Paul recommends making this cake over a couple of days, so that the sugarpaste has time to settle which will make the stacking of the cake much easier. This tutorial is recommended for advance level cake decorators.
