- 2kg icing sugar (you can mix flavours of icing sugars to your preferred taste)
- Splash of whipping cream

Hi Paul,
This cake looks truly scrumptious. Can frozen blueberries, cherries, blackberries and mangoes be interchanged for strawberries?

Hello CinTamaNis, Thank you I’m glad you like it. Yes you can use frozen fruit just be careful with the mangoes as they do hold a lot of jucie. I’d only use a little mango but the rest is all great. Thanks, Paul
