Hi!
Mrs Jones vanilla cake for an 8inch cake is a bit confusing.
How do I go about regarding measurements of 6.3 eggs and 351.9 butter, flour and sugar please?

Hi Raquel

All that is required is to round up or down to the nearest convenient whole number. In the case of 6.3 eggs round down to 6 eggs and in the case of 351.9 round it to 350. Variations in recipes up to about 10% of ingredient will not affect results.
