have made chocolate fudge frosting with cocoa, icing sugar, chocolate and butter. I need it in 3 weeks time. can I just store it in the fridge? after all its only got the above ingredients in it

If it doesn’t include milk or water, it should be fine in an airtight container. Cover the surface of the frosting with clingflim first before sealing the container. If it does contain milk or water, it would be better stored in the freezer and brought to temperature the day before it is required.
