dusting flowers
Hi I am making my sons wedding cake with cascading roses , they are predominantly white with a bit of pink and another complimenting shade, what dust colour would you use for the white and what makes do you find are the best, I have a steamer to bring the flowers to life after dusting

It’s not always necessary to use white colour on white flowers. It’s acceptable to leave the paste white and use different colour shades directly of the white paste before steaming the flowers to bring them to life. However, if you want to use white dust, I can recommend Sugarflair or Rainbow dust. These were my preferred dusts when I was making flowers. However, there are so many other brands, that it is really down to personal preference.
