Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A
Can sugarpaste be frozen to be used at a later date?
Mostly the answer is no because the moisture the sugar paste would absorb will make it very sticky and probably unusable. However, Squire's kitchen say their paste can be frozen. You can see the details here http://www.squires-shop.com/uk/product/sk-sugarpaste-white-5kg. One of the reasons decorated cakes can not be placed in the fridge is because of moisture issues, so I guess it depends on which sugar paste you are using.
