Fruit cake cupcakes
Hi, been asked to make cupcakes for a wedding but fruit ones, how long and what temp would you cook them at. Thanks for your help.
It really depends on the recipe and on the size of the cupcakes. If making the regular size, I would perhaps try them for 20 - 30 minutes on 150c /130c fan. If making muffin size, bake for anything between 35 -45 minutes on the same temperature. I strongly recommend baking a trial batch to be certain.
