Can you please tell me the recipe for the grey fudge icing used for the teddy bear cake?thank you.

Hi Sheila,

We buy our fudge icing in ready made from BFB Wholsalers, but you can make your own by adding condensed milk to buttercream.

Add and mix a bit at a time until you get the spiking effect as seen on the video.
