Ganache for swiss roll
What are the quantities of chocolate and cream for ganache to cover a standard size swiss roll
You’ll need quite a small quantity. I think 300g in total should be enough.
For dark chocolate use 200g chocolate and 100g double cream.
For white chocolate use 300g chocolate and 100g of double cream.
