It depends on how thick each layer of crumbcoat you do. However, I shouldn’t think the cake will show through if you allow each coat to set up first before applying the next. Once buttercream crusts up it seals the cake beneath. If you are very concerned, give the cake a couple of white coats, let them crust over nice and hard and then go over with the pink.
