I am having challenges with the recipe I have, I keep getting oil and soggy cake even after changing my almond flour from the course one to fine one. May I have a firmer almond cake recipe.

Almond flour cake sometimes releases the natural almond oils if the batter is mixed too vigorously. I find a mix of almond flour and either a little polenta or semolina helps absorb some of the oils.

I have only ever used almond cake recipes from the BBC food site. Recipes which work for me are from Paul Hollywood or Nigella Lawson, but please take a peek at some recipes from that site here:
