Opening a cake company

Hi I really want to open a cake company, I started a year ago
And have been building up a portfolio, makes tons of cakes for practice
And attending courses to further my skills.

It probably won't be for another year I can start the business because
I'm waiting to move in a bigger home.

Do you recommend the pro membership to teach me what I need to know
About running a cake company? Should I sign up now so that I know
Everything or wait till I open the business? I don't have any business
Experience.

Hi Susan,

The Pro membership has been designed to take you through everything you need to know to set-up and run a profitable cake business. Unfortunately, all too often cake business owners invest heavily in their shop or work environment, in building their cake portfolio, but don't invest the time needed to get the knowledge to turn those things into a profitable business.

There are so many little things that are important to get right first time and our experts are there to help, advise and assist from a place of knowledge and expertise.

There are oodles of information to get you up and running, charging the right prices, branding, doing the proper tax and VAT registrations, marketing skills, mistakes to avoid, building systems to keep the business efficient and much much more. There's also a very supportive community in our private Pro members' Facebook group.

If you join and follow the information and do not think that you've learned enough to repay the membership fee many times over then I'll give you your money back! Feel free to drop me an email if you would like further details: [email protected]
