The quantity of ingredients in Paul’s recipe is also for an 11″ square cake. There is very little difference between 13″ x 9″ rectangle and 11″ square. There is no conversion required, go ahead and use the same quantities given. Please be aware that Paul cake rises mostly to around 2 – 2.5″ deep which he bakes in 3″ deep tins. If you require further information, please post again.
