How can I get my Italian true red color?
A combination of Sugarflair Red Extra and ProGel Red works for me. Take approximately a cup full of BC and colour it very dark red. Let it stand for several hours to allow the colour to develop then add it to the remaining buttercream. Add more colour if required, let it develop to deepen.
