Scaling up a recipe
Can anyone advise me why, if I want to scale a 6” cake recipe to a 10” for example, gives different amounts as scaling up from an 8” to a 10”? Shouldn’t the new 10” recipe be the same? Hope I’m making sense & it’s not a silly question 😂
