Which is the better icing for covering a cake without tearing please
There are so many sugar paste icing to choose from. that sometimes it comes down to personal preference. However, on the whole, Carma Massa Ticino comes out more favourably for performance and professional finish. I've been using it ever since it launched and won't swap it even though only bake as a hobby now.
