It’s no secret that we like a creative and inspiring gravity-defying cake! The best thing about making one of these is that you are only limited by your imagination (oh yeah, and probably your time as well).
The truth is, there’s something magical about the whole thing; choosing the design, building the pieces, setting the structure and then sitting down to catch your breath and admire your handiwork! We’re not going to say they’re easy to create and keep upright, but we did share some of our wisdom on how to do this in a previous post that you can refer to if you’re looking for some tips.
