Does anyone know how long a 6 inch Paul’s moist choc cake will take? I’ve put it at 130 fan hoping that’s right!

Hi musicrach – answer rather late but I made the same cake yesterday and put it in for 2 hours at 140 fan (oven pre heated to 150 then turned down once cake was in). Turned off oven and left it in a while longer checking regularly and was the best yer

Thanks – I took it out after 2 hours at 130 but when cut there were a few bits that looked like it could have done with another 15 mins. I think it tastes very similar to the Debbie Brown Devil’s food cake. I have various bits of choc cakes in the freezer to do a good taste test soon.
