Hi all, I am new to the site but thoroughly enjoying the tutorials. I tried the moist chocolate cake recipe and although followed to the letter I also had the famous sink in the middle. I have read through everyones comments and will try some of the suggestions. I wondered though if Paul has another recipe that is less unpredictable? There are references to other recipes by lindy or jh but as Paul is offering The tutorials I wondered if he can share something more fool proof?

There is also a chocolate mud cake recipe in the main tutorial library accompanied by comments from members who have baked it up. Paul has slightly revised his recipe, just wondered whether you had seen his revision. I think a recipe sharing forum will be introduced to the site for members to enjoy. Paul is offering sugar craft tutorials so there is less emphasis on baking, hence the references to recipes from Jane Hornby and Lindy Smith. There are also a few recipes which members have posted.
