About chocolate Ganach
Hi Paul,
I made chocolate ganach two times because I have gotten shortage to decoret the cake , so again I made but it was not good little bit runing what shall I do is there anything to do?

Put it in the fridge to let it set, then bring to room temperature and beat with a pallet knife until smooth. If it won’t set, heat the ganache for 30 seconds in the microwave and add some melted chocolate little at a time, keep stirring all the time until all the chocolate is incorporated. Beat with pallet knife until smooth, leave at room temperature to set up or, if you are in a warm country put in the fridge for while until it thicken. Give it a quick stir before using. If the previous ganache was good and you have used the same recipe it might just need sitting in the fridge for a while.
