Hi Paul , I learn from you how to make rose flower and other. But I want to know which sugar paste you use for Stargazer Lilly flower, sugar gum paste it work for it ?Thank you so much.

You can use sugar gum paste to make the lily but flower paste will make for much finer petals as it rolls out a lot thinner. Sugarpaste on it’s own will not make very good lillies so add tylose or CMC first and let the gumpaste rest for a while to become stronge before rolling out.
