About sugar paste
Hi Pual, I tried to make sugar paste at home it was not bad but why it’s dry do you have some idea? and are you making your sguar past? could you give me some information?

Unless you are unable to buy sugarpaste in the supermarket or buy online then I would not go to the bother of making my own sugarpaste – Paul uses regalice a lot. I have used even Asda and Tesco own brands and I think even they would be better than making your own, Full marks for trying though!

There are several ways of making sugar paste, if you put in the search box just above your question ‘how to make sugar paste from scratch’, I’ve posted the different ways. The recipes are from the International Sugar craft book. There is a marshmallow fondant recipe as well. Hope this helps.
