Did you try the chocolate cake bev , I thought it was amazing , can’t wait to give something else a try .

In the last news update (July 20) it says there are a number of new courses planned. The site has also teamed up with a lady called Mrs Jones who will be doing the baking videos. Hopefully the videos will include a recipe for a lemon sponge. In the mean while you could bake an all in one sponge, add the zest of a couple of lemons and the juice of one to your mix and still have a lovely cake. You could also use a simple syrup made up with equal quantities of lemon juice and sugar as a drench. For a small cake/8 inch, I make up 100mls of syrup, it just gives the cake the sharpness I need from a lemon sponge plus the  added bonus of a really moist cake. Hope this partly answers your question. x

We are planning to film the cake sponge and cupcake mixes with Mrs Jones on the 29th August and will have them edited and uploaded as soon after as we can.
