Best Pale Lemon Fondant?

Can anyone recommend the best pale lemon fondant for colour and finish? I have a very large (5 tier) wedding cake to make for a friend (I don’t sadly yet do this for a living) so want one which is not too bright yellow. I recently also had the similar bad experience with the new recipe Renshaws in white which some of you are reporting so considering other brands. Since I need so much I’m reluctant to colour myself.

Many thanks

Hi mandap

I use Satin ice and colour it myself, however if you type in the search box ‘sugarpaste’ you’ll be able to see recommendations made by other members. Not all the topics are relevant to your question so just click on the ones which are. To expedite the search, search also by brand names eg Culpitts, Sattina etc
There’s info on colouring large amounts of sugarpaste here:

Colouring large quantities of sugarpaste

I use Pro Gel by rainbow dust, only a tiny a mount is needed when colouring. I’m sure other members will be able to advise more on both sugar paste and colours.
