Hi, I have to colour sugar paste to be burgundy/maroon. What gel should I use and where would I get it?

Hi Karen

I find ProGel colours the best, they’re highly concentrated professional gels. Use a very little ( a little dot) at a time until you get one shade lighter than you need. Allow to develop overnight, add a little more if you need it darker. If you particularly want maroon, Americolour make a soft gel.
