Buttercream baby pink
I need to make baby pink buttercream but each time I’ve tried I end up with a salmon pink colour
Can anyone help please. Need to make this tonight

The yellow of the butter is preventing a true baby pink. You could try using a whiter butter such as Lurpak or adding Sugarflair Superwhite to lighten the buttercream.

Alternatively, meringue frosting without butter will be pure white and would colour without any shade problems. It can be used for filling and covering.
