Hi so sorry for the silly question but I’m making the baby in a cradle cake for a friends baby shower & would love to know what size cake board to use?

From the tutorial the board looks as it might be 12″ however the cake is quite small 4″ x 5″ so perhaps a 10″ board would be enough to show off the pretty iced board and the vallance.
