Hi, could I use 250ml of pre brewed coffee instead of dried coffee and water in Paul’s chocolate cake recipe?

Yes you can, it’s exactly the same after all, just water and coffee. I use brewed coffee into which I add pure vanilla extract to enhance the taste of the coffee.
