cannot play video
Hi I think I’ve asked this question before about viewing the video. I thought it was just my ISP that’s the problem. Now we’ve changed our ISP but the problem remains unresolved. laptop nor iPad, just won’t play any video. I don’t seem to get problem playing you-tube though if that makes sense. Any ideas why?

First try another browser, if you look in contact and go to the help section you’ll find which browsers work best. I used to have the same problem but since I changed to Firefox I have non of those issues. If that doesn’t work email [email protected]. Explain in your email exactly the problems you are experiencing and hopefully he’ll have a fix.
