Can’t access tutorials

I purchased a membership but it will not let me view any courses. I thought that if you purchased a membership you had access to the courses. How do I watch a course tutorial?

It’s great that you’ve purchased membership, not so great that you’re having a few teething problems! Please have a look at the support information given in the following link:

The information should help resolve the problem which you are experiencing. If you follow the instructions and you are still not gaining access to the tutorials please email the site by using the email provided in that section.

I’m having the same issue Lisa 🙁 I purchased a membership under a new account but the payment failed (even though it had told me it was successful). I received a helpful e-mail from Paul so re-tried under my free account to upgrade instead. Again, it has told me the payment was successful but I still can’t see any courses either. I am now wondering if it has ‘failed’ again? I can’t check as my credit card provider only updates daily so will now have to wait until tomorrow to confirm.

As you have already received an email from Paul I think you should contact him again and explain the situation.
Hopefully the email will be picked up by another member of the support team and help you resolve your problem.

Have one more try at logging out and logging back in and see if it helps.

I have e-mailed him again but don’t expect to hear back from him on a Sat night. Hopefully, we’ll get it sorted out tomorrow. I’m dying to view the courses but if I log in and out any more, i’ll probably break my pc, lol. Thank you for the reply.
