Hi, ever since the site has changed format I’ve not been able to view the Q & A section properly when using the internet on my phone. I thought it may just be teething problems that would be resolved but it’s still not working and getting quite frustrating I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I can see the questions but only first bit of an answer??

I had the exact same problem back in November when the site format changed. I got a black screen where the answer would normally appear. I logged out of the site, rebooted the phone and somehow all went back to normal.. As I was away at the cake show in Birmingham, I put it down to the hotel wifi, but it wasn’t. You can try that and if work doesn’t work I would suggest going to the phone store for help. I honestly don’t understand how my iphone works so not much good to you on the technical side. Hope other members can help. x

Thanks alot I wasn’t sure if it’s a problem with the site as don’t seem to have problems on anything else. Nevermind, thanks alot for your advice tried resetting phone but no use will have to take to phone shop.

Thanks for getting back. I’m sorry you’re still having problems but I’m sure the phone shop will be able to sort it for you. It would be great if you’d let us know how it is fixed in case someone else has a similar problem. x
