hiya I’ve been searching for a carrot cake recipe that is perfect for a 12″ wedding cake also quite dense if possible and for the filling I was unsure about using cream cheese as the filling is their another option thank you 🙂 x

The Hummingbird carrot cake is amazing – I’ve only baked it to try but know lots of people on another forum who have used it for tiered cakes. I did mine with an orange buttercream – it went really nicely. Some others have done lemon.
