Just wondering does you have any tips for carving a cake. Will be trying to do the teddy cake with a vanilla sponge. Have read on other sites to freeze the cake before hand, which Ive never done. Any thoughts?

You can read lots of answers here http://www.cakeflix.com/questions/freezing-cakes. If you want to type in the search box freezing cakes you will see lots of other answers about fillings and storing. I always freeze my cakes, it makes carving so much easier and makes less crumbs. x
