Hi Paul & co, is there a recipe for the cake for carving, I have just watched the football boot course & the cake looked quite dense

There isn’t a recipe for that tutorial cake. Paul has mentioned in past tutorials that the cakes he is using presently are made for him by a local person in Spain. If you want a nice dense moist carving cake try this one
