I will be delivering a three tier wedding cake assembled do I need to center dowel as its a good hour drive away. Iif so any advice as I have not center dowelled before. Thanks

I know some where on site Paul has done a couple of centre dowels but I can’t find them. I’m having difficulty playing the tutorials. However, I did find a tutorial online which I hope will help. Here it is:
