Paul has used cocoa butter not chocolate for the painting. It can be bought in cake decorating and chocolate making supply stores and possibly is specialised high street chocolate confectioners. Mycryo powdered cocoa butter can also be used and can be purchased from Amazon or from online chocolate suppliers. Hope this helps.
