Chocolate biscuit cake
Hi, I am looking for a good recipe for a chocolate biscuit cake. I’ve tried a couple but I’m just not happy with them. Break up when cutting, seem too much biscuit etc.. Maybe I’m too fussy but just want it to be right, I want it for a birthday cake that I need to make and will be covering it with sugarpaste. Any help please. Thanks.
