Lots of online suppliers carry couverture, for best prices shop around by googling the brand you want. I use Callabaut and buy it at any of the following suppliers:

I buy top quality Callebaut chocolate callets (chips) from Makro at around £6-£7/kilo. You don’t need a membership card if buying online, and it’s free delivery on orders over £60… Hope this helps!
