Chocolate drizzle
Hi.
Hoping you can tell me what I need to do with chocolate cover the top of a cake make it drizzle over the sides of a cake. I’m guessing it’s not just melted chocolate !!! I will be pouring it over a buttercream covered cake. As always you’re help would be very much appreciated. xx

Chocolate drizzle cakes are really easy to do and there are hundreds of tutorials on youtube to enjoy and try out.
I make my drizzle ganache using 1:1 ratio chocolate to double cream, some people prefer 2:1 chocolate to cream. Place the ganache in a piping bag to make the drizzle but you can pour it with a spoon or from a jug., it’s what you feel comfortable with. Here is a really fun tutorial which I hope will help:
