Chocolate ganache cupcakes?
I'm making chocolate cupcakes this week and would like to use whipped ganache as a topping. But I'm worried it will set too hard, should I change the ratios?

A 1:1 ratio will give a softer consistency and so will adding some butter to your regular ganache. Over whipping ganache will give a grainy dull consistency, for best results be gentle. 🙂
