Chocolate Moist Cupcake

Hi,

I’ve been attending the online course & I saw the chocolate moist recipe for 10″ & 6″ (Total 16″) cake. I wanted to use this chocolate recipe for my cupcake but I don’t know how to calculate the recipe for 24 cupcakes.

Can I have the recipe for 24 cupcakes chocolate moist?

Thank you.

PS – I wanted to make this chocolate cupcakes for my upcoming birthday on 28th November.

Hi hanicampbell

If you put in the search box above your question ‘Choc recipe’ I have posted the ingredients required for an 8″ cake. That would be too much for 24 cupcakes but you can use the ready reckoner here http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use to convert the 8″ recipe to a 6 ” which would probably be sufficient for your cupcakes.

Hi madeitwithlove,

Thanks. I found the recipe for 8″ but for baking the cake, the hour of baking is 2 hours. What about cupcakes? How long do we need to bake? I search on the engine search but none indicate for cupcake.

Hi hanicampbell

If you search ‘Paul’s moist chocolate cake recipe for cupcakes’, there is an answer there which might be helpful. x

Hi madeitwithlove,

I did type in the engine search ‘Paul’s moist chocolate cake recipe for cupcakes’ but result not found. I even read most every q&a but still could not find any cupcakes for baking time.

Ok, hanicampbell

You can also type chocolate cupcakes, that will take you to the answer as well. If you can’t find it, the answer there says the temperature was kept the same but the person who has given the answer could not give timing, she just kept an eye on them. I would try 25/30 minutes because it is a very runny mixture and will need time to rise. If you can smell them it might be time to check. Have a trial run and you will be certain next time. I look forward to feed back when you bake them. x
