I planing to make the roses in advance. How long can the
cocoform lasting. Do I keep it in the refrigerator ?
But I think it will become wet.

I’m so pleased for your success! Coco form flowers do not have to be kept in the refrigerator, keep them wrapped up and in a cardboard box away from heat. If where you are is very hot, you can keep them in the fridge as long as they are in the box. They will not get wet because chocolate gets hard in the cold. You can keep them frozen for up to one year and for a few months in the fridge. Just make sure they are well wrapped up and protected from the air otherwise they will begin to crack.
