When are we going to have Mrs. Jones’ recipe for a coffee and walnut cake I need to do one tier of a wedding cake in this flavour and need a decent recipe I love her recipes 🙂

There are several good recipes online if you need one in a hurry. I’ve tried the Mary Berry recipe which baked up really lovely. I made espresso Italian buttercream with crushed walnut inclusion for the filling. Both Nigella Lawson and Delia Smith have good recipes too.
If you contact [email protected] he may be able to give you an idea when to expect Mrs Jones’ recipe.
