Does anyone know how long coloured ready to roll fondant lasts? I usually buy white fondant from the supermarket and colour it myself using Sugarflair colours. Sometimes, when I have some left over, I wrap it in several layers of clingfilm and keep it for up to a month before adding Gumtex powder to it and making sugarpaste decorations. Is this ok to do??

You need to put it in a zip lock bag and a plastic container then it should keep for months or at least the date on the package

You can also freeze leftover sugarpaste. Just take it out the night before you need it.
