Colouring & ratio

What is best ingredient to use for whitening ganache and what ratio do I need to add to 900g white/400g double cream please. 🙂

Titanium dioxide gives the best results. However, try also Squire’s Kitchen super white, SK cocol white colour, Americolor white.

For good result of whitening, approximately a teaspoon for every 200 g is a fair ratio. That’s what I used to use when making my own chocolate modelling clay.
