Conversions for Instructions

Is there anyway we can get the conversions for the recipes in lbs and ounces? If not, where is a good place to go online to do the conversions? There are also some ingredients that I am not sure of, such as, castor sugar. Is that regular granulated sugar? I am in the United States and the recipe ingredients all seems a bit overwhelming right now.

Type in weight conversion in a search there are loads online. Choose the one you like and put it in your favourites.
As for the sugar I think you guys call it superfine? It is finer than granulated and dissolves quicker.
I hope this helps.
