Hi Kookieskakery

Most common reasons why cake comes out crumbly are over baking, oven temperature too high and sometimes under mixing. This recipe mustn’t be over mixed but it does need to be well combines without beating it. Have a look at this blog http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/baking-the-perfect-cake-why-things-go-wrong, the information there may be of help. Did you remember to use large eggs? lack of moisture can also make cake crumbly. Hope this helps you out.
