Cupcake filling
Just had a thought but don’t know if it will work. Am going to make some cupcakes (last minute idea) and will only have about 1 hour to decorate ( only looking to make about 18).
They are all going to be chocolate and here’s my idea. Core them and fill with things like mint aero, choc orange, maltesers etc then cover in fondant and place a choc on top (same as filling).
Has anyone tried this and does it work. Never really made cupcakes before but this idea just came into my head. Don’t want to try it if it will be yuk

I don’t bake cupcakes very often, but when I do I stuff them too with all sorts of sweets and choccies, makes a change from the usual stuff. I do popping candy ones at Halloween, the kids love them. x
